The total area of the plot is 68,994 m2. Its northern part touches Swierczewski Street and its southern part touches the Jamno Lake beach. 2- to 3-storey buildings can be erected at the plot.
The Jamno Lake has an open connection with the Baltic Sea via the Jemenski Channel. There is a possibility to transform it to an active navigational channel at appropriate financial outlays.
CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS:
The present established construction conditions for an investment: erection of a conference and hotel complex, complex of detached and semi-detached multi-family buildings with an accompanying commercial function.
